A friend said to me the other day it's my right to be happy !

She didn't mean in a self-indulgent way, where I've just bagged a bargain of a lifetime but just to be happy in my day to day life due to the simple things.

It made me think is it my right? Am I happy? And what does it take for me to be happy?

So are you a fan of the 'ox' sign off?

We all send and receive 100’s of emails a week. And I’m sure you will all agree the email sign offs vary from the kisses and hugs xxoo, to no hugs, cheers, thank you, regards, best regards, warm regards and so the list goes on.

I myself receive messages daily with up to 10 variations of “Regards” and strangers are kissing and hugging me!

Who's been sleeping in my bed?
